You can view your sales receipt in two ways:

Contact Us: Please contact us within 15 days of receiving your item. Be sure to include your order number and reason for the return.
Follow Return Instructions: We will email you the return shipping details and instructions once your request is approved.
Send Back the Item: Make sure to pack the item securely and in its original condition, then send it to the provided address.
Refund Process: After we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 1-3 business days.
We have warehouses in Toronto, Denver, and Phoenix. To ensure faster delivery, we will ship your order from the nearest warehouse based on your delivery address.
